At VARTZ STORE LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at vartzstorellc@outlook.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or final sale items, cannot be returned.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
